Founder and CEO
George Everitt founded Epinomy in 2013 as a spin-off of Applied Relevance, which he founded in 2006. Prior to AR, George was a senior consultant at Verity (10 years) and Autonomy (1 year). While at Verity and Autonomy, George led dozens of professional services engagements worldwide implementing high-performance, super scalable enterprise search applications. The breadth of George's experience covers most industries from pharmaceutical, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, public sector and financial services. George has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
Vice President - Sales
Rick is a graduate of the University of Arizona. For over twenty years he held various sales, management and executive positions in the newspaper industry where he worked with some of the largest media companies including the Hearst Corp., the New York Times Company. Freedom Newspapers, and E.W. Scripps.
In 1999, Rick left the newspaper industry and joined WAND, Inc., a technology startup in Denver, CO. As Sr. Vice President of Global Sales, he oversaw the sales operation as WAND built what became the world’s largest network of international online trade directories. He also oversaw the successful launch of WAND’s taxonomy licensing business in 2007 and recently helped WAND launch a new software solution called DataFacet (an Applied Relevance product) built specifically for Microsoft SharePoint.
In early 2013, Rick left WAND and joined Epinomy and also serves as a business development/sales consultant.
